6 WAYS TO GIVE

ALL GIFTS GIVEN TO THE ROSEMONT LEGACY PROJECT ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE

  • MONTHLY COMMITMENT

Gifts may be given by way of check, cash, or automatic bank drafts set up and sent through personal banking establishments.

  • ONE-TIME GIFT

Larger sums are often given in this manner throughout the duration of the capital campaign.

  • GIFTS IN KIND

This is a type of charitable giving in which, instead of giving money, goods themselves are signed over such as cars, land, property, jewelry, etc.

  • SECURITIES

Securities are defined as tradable, financial assets of any kind. The most common are:

    • Debt Securities (e.g., banknotes, bonds, debentures)
    • Equity Securities (e.g., common stocks)
    • Mutual Funds (e.g., forwards, futures, options, swaps)
  • MATCHING GIFTS

Contributors (including businesses) often commit to match funds given by the church at large either dollar for dollar, or sometimes by doubling or tripling the amount raised. Other examples include determining to match an overall percentage or matching up to a certain amount of money raised.

  • MEMORIAL & HONORARY GIFTS

Donations may be made in honor of someone living or in memory of loved ones who have deceased.
